Hard Reset:

ü Press and Hold Volume Down + Power Key for 20-30 Seconds.

         

ü Now you See Fastboot Mode on screen.

ü Download Android Tool and Drivers

ü Install Drivers Manually.

ü Now open tool and press "8" and hit Enter Key to wipe data / factory reset.

ü after format handset auto restart

ü Hard reset done.
