Solution:-

1) Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will be displayed in the search --> Now right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run as administrator". 

2) Now enter this command 

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

Press "Enter". 

3) Reboot your computer

Problem: When we  install  WPS office from current user and after then we login using a different user /profile, So WPS office is not showing from other user .

Solution :-  While installing WPS office , Pls change installation destination path  :-

1. Click on Change setting and go to C:\Program Files .

2 . Now create a new folder in the C:\Program Files\ with the name of WPS .

Now select WPS folder and click  OK....Then click on Install now
