Fix the issue by following below steps,

1.      Open command prompt run as Administrator

2.      Run the command: DISM.exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFx3 and Press enter

3.      Again Run this command DISM.exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFx4

4.      Restart the server.

5.     Now check the server manager application should open without the error.

To manually remove a printer driver:

2.      On the left side of the Print Management window, select the "All Printers" folder.

3.      If present, right-click the unwanted printer and choose "Delete."

4.      On the left side of the Print Management window, select the "All Drivers" folder.

5.      Right-click the unwanted printer and choose "Remove Driver Package."
